Well, this isn't a poem. Sorry!
Factually speaking, it is difficult to bring forth this gratitude in a matter of words. I have similar experience when writing something about anything that has such a deep impact in our lives, that we are practically nothing but a whisper that that relation or action made during our existence.
A teacher, as the world says can influence infinity sitting on her table. Her/his influence is profound psychologically as well is evident in our skills. Not being so technical, yet truthful - parents are our first teachers and teachers are our second parents.
It is weird to hear, but deep to feel. Sitting in a classroom, bored with the sets of books that are engraved with the necessities of modern existence, it is a teacher who brings life into those elements, a new fancy into the things of past.
As a small boy, I particularly remember, and as I later observed in many of my friends even when we were teens, teachers who had taught us in our early years were loved years after we actually learnt from them. We spend a large part of day in schools, coachings etc. and for those whose parents are working, it is a fat that they spend more time with their teachers than their parents themselves. This supportive to the fact that many-a-times, we share things with teachers which we shy away from revealing in front of our parents.
Well, this may sound like a moral lecture, but is love in being a teacher,
there is nobility,
there is benevolence
and then there is psychology.
I remember particularly that my chemistry teacher in my 12th grade used to tell us that we must become teachers for at least a year in our lives. It makes one an excellent reader of expressions.
The world shall be ever grateful to all teachers, for they influence those who influence it - us!
Saying hi to all teachers, if you are reading this, and sending my regards to all together.
With the warmest of thanks for being teachers to all teachers including my parents...
Happy Teacher's Day...
