Rustling: A song of hopefulness
After cracks that deep down bore
After blood that the earth quick soaked
After clashes that left no sound
I saw hands with abundance in abounds
And as the birds chirped her coming
The leaves in romance rustled a reckoning.
In a cloak clad white
She like sun shone bright
Golden locks on a creamy frail of stuff
In abundance were her love and in abundance was her soul
From the dreary eyes of men
A lil' moment of care she stole.
Reaping the farms though the skies grew dark
An ember so strong in all she embarked
And soon it spread like a fire wild
A shining sun had someone seen
Coming into the skies bright
But where was she when all was fine? After blood that the earth quick soaked
After clashes that left no sound
I saw hands with abundance in abounds
And as the birds chirped her coming
The leaves in romance rustled a reckoning.
In a cloak clad white
She like sun shone bright
Golden locks on a creamy frail of stuff
In abundance were her love and in abundance was her soul
From the dreary eyes of men
A lil' moment of care she stole.
Reaping the farms though the skies grew dark
An ember so strong in all she embarked
And soon it spread like a fire wild
A shining sun had someone seen
Coming into the skies bright
A little rustling of leaves sang a chime
She was hope - a fairest lady
In the Edens of hearts she still sings her rhymes
The trees sober from their lives at large
Bore giant fruits in a holy spark
And as they fell, in hope they died
From them shall come new groves of life...
