Well we'll stay together you see,
Maybe as a rhyme
Or maybe as a song once sung
That we shall hum in our minds.
A song well felt as a joyous thread
Or maybe a needle that pricks
We shall in either joy or pain
Stick together with ease.
Well for now we have to part
In maybe pain or glee
But what I know for sure
Is that we'll live forever as a memory.
But someday when the loving angels lay wreath,
We shall lie by sides.
And the lord shall in his glory bestow
Us to be together in all tides.
My friend, my parted, my loved one gone
When the spring shall come again,
We shall find ourselves in a garden of roses pink
And shall from that moment not blink.
We shall with our hands in embrace sit for long
And shall sing with the mynah birds
The songs that we always had -
In glee and in pain.
