On a walk down the aisle,
I was hit by a thought -
would you cry at the death of silence
and rejoice in the heart deep in, over some morbid talk?
Would you feel happy
now that the world finally speaks
and that the brutual silence is dead
and it deserves a smile least of all?
The birds don't merry in silence
and yet the roses do.
Wars are often brokered by speeches
and yet one finds nothing sweeter than silent love.
The rivers won't be put to pen
if not their voluble life
and yet the walls simply know too much
about this world, its life and its strive.
Just think it for a while
for I reached no answer at all -
ought I cry for the death or silence
or rejoice some hearty talk?
